NO HIDDEN EXIT

Subscription & Cancellation

Try Monthly or Annual free for seven days. Eligible customers receive one shared trial; afterward, the selected plan renews until canceled.

Effective September 17, 2026

One seven-day free trial: Eligible first-time customers may try Monthly or Annual free for seven days. Starting either plan uses the shared trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first $9.99 USD monthly or $79.99 USD annual charge. After the trial, the selected plan renews until canceled.

1. Free trial and subscription plans

Eligible first-time customers may start one seven-day free trial with either Wexley Pro Monthly or Annual. Trial eligibility is shared across the two subscription plans, so changing plans does not create another trial. A valid payment method may be required. The checkout screen will display the trial end date, applicable price, billing interval, renewal nature, and taxes before you confirm.

By starting the trial, you authorize Wexley and its payment provider to charge the payment method on file when the trial ends and again at each monthly or annual renewal unless you cancel first. The selected plan is billed in advance for its subscription period and continues until canceled.

2. How to cancel

You may cancel through the billing-management link provided in your Wexley account or Stripe customer portal. If that option is unavailable, email support@wexley.pro from the address associated with your account. For account security, social-media messages may be used to obtain general help but not to authorize billing changes without verification.

Submit cancellation before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge, or before the next billing date to avoid a renewal. A cancellation is complete when the billing portal displays confirmation or Wexley sends confirmation. Keep that confirmation for your records.

3. What happens after cancellation

Canceling during the trial prevents the first subscription charge, and trial access may continue until the displayed trial end. Canceling after payment stops the next renewal but does not immediately remove the subscription period already purchased. Unless the payment is refunded or the account is terminated for a material Terms violation, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period and then automatically ends.

To move between Monthly and Annual, cancel the current plan before its next renewal. Keep using Wexley through the end of the paid monthly or annual period, then start the other plan. The new plan does not include another free trial if the shared trial was already used.

There is no cancellation fee. There is no prorated refund for unused time after the applicable plan-specific refund window. See our Refund Policy.

4. Renewal charges

If a Monthly or Annual plan renews before you cancel, the new subscription term begins. An eligible website Monthly renewal has a 7-calendar-day refund window, and an eligible website Annual renewal has a 14-calendar-day refund window. After the applicable window, the renewal is non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Renewal reminders and price changes

We will provide notices or reminders when required by applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your account email current and reviewing billing messages.

If a subscription price changes, we will provide advance notice when required and the new price will apply no earlier than the next renewal. You may cancel before the renewal if you do not agree to the new price.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we or our payment provider may retry the payment and notify you. Access may be limited or end if payment remains unsuccessful. Updating a payment method does not change the renewal terms unless the plan is also canceled.

7. Lifetime plan

Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew. It remains subject to the Lifetime definition, device limits, separately sold product exclusions, and other provisions in our Terms of Service.

8. Marketplace subscriptions

If you purchase through Apple or another marketplace, cancellation must be completed through that marketplace’s subscription controls, and its billing rules may apply. Deleting Wexley Pro or deleting an account does not by itself cancel a marketplace subscription.
