Trial first, refund window second: Cancel a Monthly or Annual trial before it ends to avoid the first charge. After an eligible website charge, the refund window is 7 calendar days for Monthly, 14 calendar days for Annual, and 30 calendar days for Lifetime. After the applicable window closes, the charge is non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
1. Eligible website purchases and renewals
The shared seven-day Monthly or Annual trial is not a purchase and produces no plan charge to refund. If the trial converts to paid subscription access, the refund window begins on the date of the first subscription charge.
Monthly: A first paid Monthly charge or Monthly renewal completed through our website may be refunded when the request reaches support@wexley.pro within 7 calendar days after the charge.
Annual: A first paid Annual charge or Annual renewal completed through our website may be refunded when the request reaches support@wexley.pro within 14 calendar days after the charge.
Lifetime: A Lifetime purchase completed through our website may be refunded when the request reaches support@wexley.pro within 30 calendar days after the purchase date. Lifetime does not renew.
If a Monthly or Annual charge is refunded, access for the refunded paid term ends when the refund is approved.
2. After the refund window
Each website charge is non-refundable after its applicable 7-day, 14-day, or 30-day window. Canceling a Monthly or Annual plan after the applicable refund window prevents the next renewal but does not produce a prorated refund. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
A Lifetime purchase is a one-time software license and cannot be returned after its 30-day window merely because the product was not used, a book was completed, plans changed, or a third-party publishing service rejected a file.
3. How to request a refund
- Email support@wexley.pro from the address associated with your Wexley account.
- Use the subject line “Refund request.”
- Include the purchase email, transaction or receipt number if available, and whether the charge was Monthly, Annual, Lifetime, or a renewal.
You may tell us what did not work so we can help or improve the product, but a product explanation is not required for an otherwise eligible request. We may ask for enough information to locate and verify the transaction.
4. What happens after approval
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Wexley normally initiates the refund promptly, but your bank or card issuer may take approximately 5–10 business days, or longer in some locations, to display it.
Refunding a Monthly or Annual charge ends the refunded paid term. Refunding a Lifetime purchase permanently revokes the Lifetime license and associated paid access. You remain responsible for keeping your own copies of files lawfully exported before access ended.
5. Purchases made through Apple or another marketplace
Marketplace purchases are processed under that marketplace’s billing and refund rules. If a transaction was completed through Apple rather than Wexley’s website, you must request the refund through Apple. Wexley cannot directly return funds it did not process.
6. Duplicate, unauthorized, and defective transactions
Contact us promptly if you see a duplicate charge, cannot activate a paid entitlement, or believe a transaction was unauthorized. We will investigate and correct confirmed billing or delivery errors. For suspected card theft or account compromise, also contact your card issuer and secure your email and Wexley accounts.
7. Abuse and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by law, Wexley may deny refund requests involving fraud, repeated cycles of purchasing and refunding, chargeback abuse, license sharing, or a material violation of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
